The instructor leads the group through a series of exercises that strengthen the core and activate the entire body. Expect routines to be challenging and invigorating because this is the fastest way to see real results. Our experienced instructors are there to help you push your body to its potential in a safe and effective way.
Classes are 55 minutes long.
*We recommend that all new students take a private lesson before signing up for a group class. This will help you understand the basics and receive the guidance you need to get the most out of the Pilates system.
*There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments, including classes.
