This Week’s Favorite Pilates Articles (July 18, 2014)
I recently discovered the awesome Pilates website, pilatesglossy.com– so many great articles by so many great teachers! I am lucky enough to have taken lessons and workshops from Sandy Shimoda, co-owner of Vintage Pilates in Los Angeles. She’s a wonderful and inspiring teacher (and wow- check out those pictures!) and I really enjoyed these three articles she wrote for the website:
