This Week’s Favorite Pilates Articles (October 10th, 2014)
I recently interviewed Karen Frischmann for the blog and I wanted to share another interview she did for Pilates Glossy. Karen was wonderfully supportive and incredibly helpful when I was opening Hummingbird Pilates so I loved to hear her say in the article that she is beginning to put more time and effort into “… consulting with teachers and studios to help them develop and realize their dreams.” I also loved her favorite Joe story and I’m delighted to learn that her and Sandy are writing a book!
